Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“Atesen Software”) for the use of Ticket Archive for HubSpot (the “Service”). By connecting a HubSpot portal or buying a plan you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service reads the help desk tickets your HubSpot user can access — with their conversations, internal comments, notes, calls, logged e-mails and attachments — and produces PDF files, ZIP archives and CSV indexes for your records. It never writes to HubSpot. It is an independent product, not provided by HubSpot, Inc. You need your own HubSpot account and the right to access and export the data you archive.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business or for your clients during your plan. You may not resell the Service, attempt to break its security, or use it against HubSpot's terms.

3. Plans and payment

Free use is limited as shown on the pricing page. Plans are bought per HubSpot portal and are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the billing portal. Refunds follow our refund policy. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the related plan.

4. Your data and your archives

You remain the owner of your data and responsible for having the right to export it. Archives are a copy made at the time you run them; HubSpot remains the system of record. Message HTML is converted to plain text and some characters outside the PDF font (for example Chinese, Japanese, Arabic or emoji) are shown as “?”; attachments are included as files up to the documented size limits. Check each archive's README, index and manifest. Archives are deleted from our servers after the retention period stated on the privacy page — download and keep your own copy.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; HubSpot API limits, maintenance or changes by HubSpot can interrupt the Service. We may change these terms with notice on this page; material changes apply to paid plans from the next billing period.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. It is a record-keeping aid, not legal or compliance advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the HubSpot platform.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
